Dynamic Investments Ltd. was the first company to start building apartments in the Selkirk area in almost 40 years.  Due to the lack of development in the area, current bylaws did not allow for construction of the modern residential apartments.  Dynamic Investments Ltd. worked diligently with council to amend existing bylaws to facilitate the construction of the multi-family units seen today.

Dynamic started with a 12-unit complex on Manitoba Avenue and we have been constructing additional multi-family complexes since to supply the growing demand of the Selkirk area.  Dynamic Investments Ltd. is one of the largest property owners in the Selkirk area.  We will continue this trend of growth by expanding into neighbouring communities to provide the same exceptional level of service.

In more recent years, Dynamic Investments Ltd. has acquired and professionally manages 5 multi-tenant commercial properties located in Selkirk, Winnipeg, and Morden.
